Scott Litwack, Ph.D.
I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and loss. I also have extensive experience helping clients navigate major life transitions across the life-span, from early adulthood challenges to adjustment with retirement and aging.
I utilize cognitive and behavioral techniques to help clients develop healthy, meaningful, and satisfying lives and relationships. Treatment begins with collaboratively identifying treatment goals that align with client's values. We work to balance change and acceptance in treatment to help client's move toward a more values-consistent life.
I am an Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Medicine, and the Assistant Director of the PTSD Clinic, Jamaica Plain Campus at the VA Boston Healthcare System. I invite you to contact me to see if we might be a good fit.
